Black ops 2 restart

Hi everyone,
I've been having a little troublewith this game. I downloaded it for steam, but whenever i try to open blops 2, it freezes, then turns to a black screen and restarts :/ All of my drivers are up to date, any help? Thank you
Here are my specs:
Corsair CX430 PSU
8GB of G.Skill RAM
AMD Radeon 6850 1GB Video Card
Amd Fx-4100 CPU
Gigabyte 990xa MOBO
Seagate Barricuda 1TB 7200RPM HDD
DVD/CD Burner
Rosewill Blackbone Black Steel Case

Download a program called Orochi- CEG. Make sure you keep everything on the desktop and run the program. It fixed both Portal 2 and Black Ops 2! Hope this helps!
