Best usb bluetooth dongle for windows 7

Instead of buying a dongle and trying to get it to work on Windows 7, my question is what brand model etc... dongle actually works on Windows 7 regardless of brand computer?

I bought an IOGEAR Dongle Bluetooth 2.1 USB Adapter and after installing the software off the micro cd, my first hot-sync took about 45 minutes. That may seem like a long time, however my Palm E2 now syncs normally and is back to functioning to 100%. I hope that helps. Subsequent hot-sync's now are much quicker.
