case fans

im gonna get the antec SX630II and it can hold 3 fans without the side panel... if i wanted 1 fan intake per 1 outtake... does the PSU count as an outtake? so 2 intake fans... 1 outtake and 1 psu....?

If it is a dual-fan PSU then yes... otherwise it is more like a 1/2 case fan.

I love my Delta 60HP 7000 RPM fan that puts out more dB then CFM
