i got a 2500+ i can't get the fsb past 225 fsb i got swiftec mcx/vantec tornado ummm a7n8x ultra 400 i'm using generic 330 watt psu(suicide i know) anywayz anyone know how to get it higher i'm at 1.8 vcore

Anything over 220mhz on your motherboard is high and will produce a lot of heat from the northbridge. Also it depends on your memory speed rating. I would say you found the limit of the motherboard or memory. My mobo will do upto 230mhz but my memory will only do 203mhz @ cas2 and 212mhz @ cas 2.5.
