Moving HDD Desktop to SSD

Hello,
So I am using an SSD as an OS but I would like to take all my games and programs from my previous OS/HDD Desktop and move them to my SSD desktop. But I dont have enough room on my SSD so I can only make shortcuts. But the games dont work when I make shortcuts. Any ideas?

Make a folder on your hard-drive called " Programme Files " , then you have to RE-INSTALL the games and instead of choosing the SSD destination , select a custom install and choose the directory of the new folder on your hard-drive. It should install everything and make a shortcut on your desktop for you. That's what I do with my games
