What is the Max FSB A7v8x / Ultra can go up to?

hi! can anyone tell me wat's the maximum FSB this motherboard can go up to?

AMD xP 2100+ t-bred, 256 MB ram x 2 (kingston DDR333 ran)
A7V8X/ULTRA (Kt400 chipset)

btw..i wanna ask that..coz my RAM is DDR333
so the maximum i can go up to is 166?
or if i put higher voltage on the cpu it is possible to go up? thx

Wow man, thats almost the same setting as i have. Except my mobo is not the Ultra version and i have a 1700+ t-bred B. The KT400 doesnt like high FSB when using 2 sitcks. I have run mine at 178FSB with 2 sticks of DDR333 at the most. 179 FSB and Prime95 doesn't run fine. WEll, it cud be either because of my RAM or the chipset.

But i have run my RAM at even 195FSB earlier, using only one stick. So i bet its the chipset. I have seen here some Epox KT400 boards go as high as 208 FSBs.

1700+ t-bred B at 2125MHz @ 1.85V - 177*12
2*256MB DDR333 CL2.5-3-3-7T
Asus GF4 MX440 4X 64MB

first, running two sticks of memory on single channel chipset is not something that is recommended, but I doubt you would want to change that... second, unless you want to sync your ram frequency to your fsb, you shouldn't really care much about what your ram can do; third, the lack of PCI/AGP frequency lock would result in system instability if you clock your fsb too high; in sum, up your vcore doesn't necessary gives you a better overclockablity, but without decent cooling, you can try and prime95'ing/memtest86'ing for 24 hours to see what would happen.
