Want to be able to download and upload photos and mp3's from phone to
computer. Has anyone tried this software?

Yes, it lets to do cool stuff. I was amazed at how easy it was to
upload photos's and MP3's from phone to computer. In fact, I was
surprised at all I could do with it as far as photos and MP3's
(editing, etc.). However, I bought mine cheaper at $29:
