building a new system soon, heavily overclocking pretty much everything i can. already planned out a prometeia mach II (unless there is something better that anybody knows about) for a 3.2GHz P4, but want to also overclock my radeon 9800pro 256MB that i am taking from my current system (i know there are better cards coming out in the next few months, but i'd hate to have a 9800pro 256MB go to waste). I don't really know what clock speeds i want to hit, all i know is that it will be as fast as possible. What is the best compressor or watercooler for the 9800pro? money is not an issue, neither is space, noise or ugliness. with that cooler, what clock speeds can i expect? are there reviews anywhere of hi-po video card coolers?

kind of a n00b when it comes to overclocking/cooling so as much help as possible would be appreciated.

Well, I used the Zalman80A-HP, with 5 fans 2x80mm and 3x40mm, I got pretty impressive results, this time I haven't bothered with ramsinks yet and I got 490/780.

oh wait you're talking about 9800pro 256meg, don't expect too much from memory, since the DDRII memory is alrdy hotter that it should be, so the core, u should get 450mhz, the memory probably won't do much more than stock.

Oh yeah if you think noise isn't a problem, buy 4 Vantec Tornados as casefans, when you've done that tell me if noise is a problem. LOL
