Mouse Stuttering!! Help

I bought a Logitech g500 for $60 today and its really nice. I played Planet Side 2 just fine with it.

I bought Saints Row the Third on steam and when i play it my mouse is just stuttering and when i try to play my guy just spins and shoots uncontrollably without me actually doing anything. Ive tried every setting on the game

Specs: Pentium g860, HD 7770, 8gb ram

if you have a game pad remove it and see if that stops the spinning.
