Can someone who has this mobo post their BIOS settings? I'm trying to throttle my memory I/O, but I can't seem to break 5.0GB/s.

Now when you overclock to 250 FSB, what do you set your memory speed to? Auto, or 400Mhz, cause everytime I OC over 5% I lose memory speed.

set it to 400 to get 1:1 ratio I am now at 265 fsb still stable btw :) turn off legacy usb, don't use spd set timings manually dont use the ai oc tool set the fsb manually set performance mode (turbo etc) to auto bump the vdimm a little if you have good ram mine is at 2.85 and the vcore is 1.65 what other settings do you need to know ( wish I could export my bios settings to text :()
