Northbridge Waterblock

I'm looking to buy a Northbridge Waterblock for my 1/2" watercooling system. Since the Danger Den Z-chip for Intel 865/875 is only availible in the US, I've been looking at D-Tek's Northbridge Cooler. I was wondering, does anyone know if these will fit on the new Intel 865PE based boards (a Asus P4P800, in particular)? I know that the Z-chip requires a special kit for these boards and I am hoping I can avoid that by buying the D-Tek model. Thanks.
