Xbox LIVE is not working

I recently upgraded my internet to a faster speed, but my Xbox LIVE seems to have trouble working. Before upgrading, it was working perfectly fine - I was finding games quickly and my connection was good. But now, I can't even find a game (this is Black Ops 2 btw) without losing connection to the host within the first 5 seconds. My NAT is still open and the LIVE connection test goes through fine. What could be the problem here?

Could just be Xbox Live itself, even my connection today has been very finicky. If your internet is running fine, try it again in a few hours/days.
