Black ops 2 [Not responding]

I have a 750w
ATI 4850 Graphics card
AMD PHENOM X4 965 CPU
8GB ram

My computer exceeds all the requirements, this isn't the problem though..
When I am joining a multiplayer and zombies online game, or solo w/e
The game loads exceptionally fast, however when the bar it has to load goes full my game freezes for about 20-30 seconds, which gets really frustrating because my whole system freezes, I can't alt-tab and such..
Also results in me getting in the game late, for Multiplayer it isn't a big issue , however for zombies, I always end up being down because I wasn't there lol..
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

When I'm in game 60 FPS smooth as f*** :p ..
I'm really troubled because it is started to get annoying that I can't get a zombies game.. :|

Yeah I don't get framerate problems, just crashes. Most often it's when the screen fades out and back in again (like when you get knocked out in cutscenes). What resolution/settings are you running on?

I tried running game in low, medium, high, all give steady 60 + fps, but doesn't fix the problem :z

This happens to me on all games, i'm stumped on the problem. I play for around 20 minutes and eventually get a crash to desktop yet the game runs fine while i'm playing. All i can say is that you try update your graphics drivers, check for overheating of any hardware, move your ram to another slot on your motherboard, run memtest overnight, open cmd and run "sfc /scannow".
