I recently bought a ps2 off ebay, and it fails to read any discs. I've emailed other people that got ripped off (7 + me) and kept in contact with them.

The seller doesn't answer phone calls or emails, and he's received so many complaints his account is suspended/terminated.

Ebay has a policy that allows up to 200 to be claimed back, but here's the deal. It needs the following info: sellers shipping info, copy of payment (like check/mo), and a signed form by an "authenticator" saying the item is as you say it is

I've got everything I need except for the authenticator thing. I've tried contacting ebay about it, and they keep saying go check Safe Harbor, and if I do it tells me to email ebay, which sends me back to freaking safe harbor

Has anyone ever done this before?? I've done over 100+ deals on ebay, and never had a serious problem until now. Any help would be much appreciated

It's all good ^_^
