Searching for name of old pc game

I am looking for an old game i used to play. It was for PC and it was about a suprise birthday party. You would go along helping different animals get things ready. EX. One animal was a painter so you would help paint a picture for the party.

The last time i remember playing it was when i was about 5,6 or 7 (2005,2006 or 2007)
