Battlefield 3 ping

I play BF3 on PC but I can't see my ping neither on battlelog while browsing through servers nor while I'm in-game.
What I've tried - [strike]Disabling Quick Heal[/strike]

never seen that problem before.i cant understand the problem there is a separate bar for ping its not possible that it isnt there

I know but in battlelog the ping bar is blank and completely white.
In-game in place of my ping there is a dash ( - ) but I can see everybody else's ping :\

That happens every once in a while to me, just restart your browser, clear your cookies etc.
