Old Kid\'s Computer Game from the 90\'s

i cant remember if this was a game in the 90's or a little bit later but i always remember playing a game where the main character you talk to is a rabbit (gray like bugs bunny) and he wears a red with a blue stripe sweater and you are in this summer camp like place i remember playing this all the time in elementary school and i would like to try it again but i cant for the life of me remember its name help?
