Call of duty: Black Ops 2 Crashes, help me?

Since i bought blops2 its hasn't worked right, at first it would just completely crash on launch of any part of the game. Now the single player runs fine, but zombies and multiplayer don't work, they just crash on the loading screen. I have tried re-installing the game as a whole and the individual parts but it didn't work. My laptop is good enough to run the game so, i run the single player at 30-40fps, what gives? Any help would be awesome!

Intel i5-240M CPU @ 2.0GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
6GB RAM
DirectX 11
Intel Graphics 3000

Does your laptop have a dedicated GPU that you didnt list? Im almost positive with those specs you shouldnt be able to run BO2 at all.

Anyways, in steam, go to properties, and then local files, and then verify the integrity of the game cache. If not, go to windows update and see if theres anything there that might need to be updated that is causing the problem.

Do you have any problems with any other games?

but when i run the game it dont open
but if i look at task manager it shows to using 40% memory
what shall i do ?
