Hello,
My parents said I can get a new PC this year since I've been working with a less than adequate Dell Studio that can't run minecraft on all low settings.
I'm not looking for a very high end rig, I just want to be able to play games on medium settings without frame rate issues and things like that.
I know it's cheaper to build a PC but my parents don't trust the internet so my only option is buying something from a store: already built.
If you could please link me to a set up around the 500-600 range that would e a lot of help for me.
Thank you!

We don't know which part of the world you are in, so...

Do they have a Yellow pages, or White pages phone book where you are?
- If a PC Shop advertises in the Yellow Pages then chances are they know what they're doing.

Expect to pay a +25% to +50% premium just to have someone build a PC for you as they'll be legally required to add a warranty service, etc for a certain period (depending upon where you live).

Your typical $550.00 PC will cost you around $755.00 from a store.

Just aim for a Core i3 3000 series with a GeForce GTX650 Ti video card (or there abouts).
