Guidelines please

I have a 2.4B Ghz 533FSB, 512MB + 256MB PC2100 266Mhz (micron) ram, and a P4B533 MoBo (intel chipset). what would the settings in the bios have to be for the fastest and most stable comp.

That's your best bet without overclocking.
BTW, if your comp. is stable now and all the settings are stock, you probably won't be able to make much of a difference. A little bit here and there maybe. Memory timings are the main thing you'll want to look at.
