PC shuts down when playing any game

Hello,
My PC shuts down when playing any game:
i mean even Angry Birds after an hour or less ,

PS: It didn't happen before.

ooh and this problem didn't happen before i was even able to play Borderlands in full video options for 6 hours and maybe pause for an hour or so

and come back and resume the game normally , now it doesn't complete a half hour .



and i did some digging myself and installed Core temp. and i was watching while playing but the temp. seemed to be going down!!
