Would this computer handle Tera online at max setting + lots of players/stuff on screen with no lag?

yes you can, but do not play old games on Windows 8 i herd a lot of story's on it and tried to help but it did not help so other then that if it is a i5 or i7 it is already ocing look into a Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology Monitor 3.8ghz with Turbo Boost and update your video drivers too they do not update on there own. Even on auto update.

all on U.H.S or G i would not do it for 7 hours every day but yes you can
