Okay, well that makes it difficult for me to say..

I would think that an intel dual core with a radeon 7750 would be an easy and cheap PC to have as a gaming rig but I can't be sure about the prices, they could be more expensive than what you would get with your money elsewhere, even from europe with our crazy taxes here. :)

The radeon 7750 is a low power graphics card which doesn't need an expensive power supply so it would be good value for your money but it's still a good graphics card.

A motherboard with a modern chipset and a dual core intel cpu is still good for gaming today and a few years in to the future.

So you could ask if an h61 or h77 chipset motherboard with an intel dual core i3 or pentium cpu with a radeon 7750 would be possible to have for around 80,000 naira. :)

Oh, and a power supply with the ATX 2.2 or 2.3 specification from a manufacturer/brand like corsair/fsp/antec/chieftec/seasonic/ or some other good brand would be a plus.

If they're available for a decent price. :)

Okay, is the Radeon HD 6670 better priced?

If the prices are very high as I was afraid of, that core duo gaming rig should still play games.
What graphics card did it have? Is it an 512MB 8800 GT?

I have an 512MB 8800 GT sitting on a shelf, It was great some years ago but it's going to be outdated VERY soon.
I myself just upgraded from a similar system like what you were offered so I wouldn't advice to spend any money on it.
I would pay maybe $150 dollars at most for that pc but I would still rather save that $150 for a new pc. :(

I suggest you start saving money for a better pc if you want to play games in the future.

Most games right now list the 8800 GT as the minimum requirement.
For example Battlefield 3: http://www.geforce.com/games-applications/pc-games/battlefield-3/system-requirements
The 6670 is slightly better but still worse than is recommended.

Sorry for the bad news.

Think be better if you went with a AMD processor like the Phenom 2 x4 whuch is 80 bucks now along side a GPU like the Radeon HD 7770 or 7850,and plus try going for 8 gigs in a few months or so if you can't afford 8 at the moment

Pc items over here is very costly and I also saw the video on youtube but u will only get such systerm for 1500$ which is 237000 naira over here. The best way I can get this items is by getting them in the U.S and sending them over here but there is no websites to purchase them too bad!
