Sudden Unexpected Stutters

Usually , my graphic crad would run Batman AC and fifa without any stutters.... ( about 2 weeks ago)... but suddenly camera movement (fifa) and looking here and there (AC)is accompanied with some stutter/lag

really pissed off... is this because .... of GFX card(any reason)??

pentium d 925(maybe the cause)

gt 630(used to run these games fine just a week ago)

Hmm maybe update the graphics cards drivers.

my guess would be bottlenecking or heat problems...
check the temp of the cpu its likely getting close to 70'c
