I'm actually using the p4p800 deluxe right now. I don't know a lot about overclocking so I've just been overclocking it 20% so far and it's running at 3.37 ghz. When I try overclocking it 30% windows won't boot. Has anyone been able to beat this speed using the manual settings? If so please tell me what settings your using. I also have a p4c800 deluxe. Does the p4c800 deluxe have any advantages over the p4p800 deluxe? Oh yea I am using two 512 mb sticks of kingston hyperx 3200 ram. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for telling us what memory you're using. Noone here knows how far your chip will go as each one is different. Try setting your memory speed to DDR333 (or DDR320, depending on how they list it), as it will overclock from that point as you overclock your CPU. If you reach 250MHz bus with the CPU, the RAM will then be clocked up to stock speed.

You will probably need to raise your CPU vCore up to 1.65v to get optimal results.

Use Manual settings, set the FSB to 250 if you can, but you probably cannot with stock cool With stockcool you'll probably hit 230FSB max. So you could try that, set the Vcore to 1.65 and Dram freq to 320, then up the Vdimm to 2.85, tighten timings to 2-2-2-5, or whatever it is rated for. It should boot.

Alright I got my speed up to 351Ghz but it still feels like somethings missing. I get those error beeps when I boot. Heres a list of my settings and the available options for overclocking in the P4P800 Deluxe and the P4C800 Deluxe bios. The [ ]'s are my settings and the ( )'s are a list of all the possible settings. I am using a Pentium 2.8c processor and two sticks of 512 mb Kingston Hyper X 3200 www.valueram.com/datasheets/KHX3200_512.pdf.

Dram frequency 320, disable performance acceleration mode first and try overclocking.
