Cevat Yerli on Crysis 3

I was wondering...what exactly did Cevat Yerli mean when he stated that crysis 3 pc is "just two levels beyond" the console versions of the game. "Exactly" what did he mean? Does he mean like 20 times as technically advanced? If so, does that mean the pc version is a generation or two ahead of crysis 3 console? Thanks for any clarification folks. As usual, I really do appreciate the help with all my technical-natured queries.

i don't known maybe lower than low settings?

just for reference crysis2 on console is like that:
1152x720 for xbox(and 1024x720 for ps3), around high settings, and 20-30fps.
remember high settings is the low.(high, very high, extreme, ultra settings)

He was speaking in platitudes. He didn't exactly mean anything, and he went out of his way to not be specific so that no one can hold him to any promises. All that you're left with from him so far are a bunch of marketing overtures, but no solid promises on exactly what to expect.
