best silent case fans?

Okay, any ideas which is truly the quietest case fan around. Ideas from SilenX 80mm Thermistor Fans for 12 bucks, PAPST Ultra-Quiet 80mm Case Fans, Type 8412NGLE, 12dB(A) for 20 bucks, or offerings from Verax (couldn't find any prices) And i saw some other one (can't remember name) from some site saying it was some inverse baring blowing whisle whatever..lol, price was like 15 shipped.

Any of these good? Truly quiet? Can you get silent fans for cheaper than these ones?...

Any ideas.

I use Panaflows, their mid-speed fans are very quiet.

Panaflo and Papst, maybe Zalman their fans are the quietest. The zalman fans has a silent mode, which makes it go at about 1000RPM no vibration or noise.
