I have a MB that have a backup feature. But I am installing a asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3. On windows 7.
I have a friend that make a fresh install on his pc the ghost his disk, so if something goes wrong, he just put the ghosted disk back on and continue from there.
Any other method would work fine. Is there other way to do this. Is Symantec Ghost the only way?
There are other programs that can do the job, but the method is basicly the same. You create an image of the drive to an external source, so that in the event of failure it can be restored to the same or new drive.
There's Acronis True Image, my personal choice and very popular, there's also a free one Macrium Reflect Free Edition Drive Image.
There may be other free one's around, but Macrium seems to be the most popular free one.
