I have a Hercules 9700 NP. I have flashed a 9700 Pro BIOS onto it and it works fine (Made By ATI bios I think). Now, I have tried OCing it using the OC tab in the latest Omega drivers. I havent changed any of the stock cooling. The GPU HSF seems to be a copper one. I have no idea about which memory it uses since the card has passive heatsinks on all the RAM chips and since I dont have any thermal compount with me, I cant put it back in case I decide to remove it and check. The strange thing is that I cant push the GPU far. I have gotten upto 347.63/325.69. I havent tried to push the memory higher, but if I push the GPU clock higher, I get artifacts in the 3DM03 tests 2,3. Any ideas?

At these settings I get 3DM03 5090 marks, 3DM01 13490 marks.

It's not cooled enough, the Hercules cooling isn't better than ATI's refrence cooling.

Ok, thanks for letting me know that. Now one more question. The fact that I can reliably run the memory at around 320mhz shows that its better than 3.3ns right?

The memory timings may have been raised so it can run at that speed. Instead of cas 2 its probably running at cas 3 so you may be able to clock it higher...
