Need For Speed The Run Issue

So,I Recently Downloaded The Game,But Once it Finished i Double click the icon and the screen stays black and with the need for speed logo Or stuck on a loop,i just installed a new gpu in hopes to play games that require Direct X 10 like just cause 2 (which has no problems) but this game and the darkness 2 seem to be the only ones not letting me play the game(black screen)
The gpu i got is a PNY Nvidia Geforce 210 1GB DDR3,So far it runs most of my steam games low-Med @ 1024x768
any fix for this?
