ok so when it gets to a certain point in the install i keep getting an error message saying that the install can not change the boot order...any one have any idea how this can be fixed?

What OS are you installing? During the install, when the computer restarts, are you pressing any keys?

windows 7 and it doesn't reboot at all i get a message saying that it can not change the boot order and it can not be installed....and it is a legal copy

Did you run the Windows Upgrade Advisor to see if you can install it on your computer.

ok so i did the adviser and it says i should totally do it....

Are you doing a clean install or Vista upgrade?

Sorry for the multiple questions....Do you have more than 1 HD installed?
