Black Ops 2 Single Player crashing

I have been unable to play BO2 Single player campaign since launch. MP and Zombies works just fine. Everytime I try to play SP, the game freezes up when the old guy talks about the spy satelites in the cutscene. At first I thought it was because of my PCI sound card I was using at the time. I recently upgraded my video card and sound card(pci express) and the same thing keeps happening. I saw someone post this same thing on activision's forums but never got a response.

Anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it?
