In Augutst we got a car with Onstar. Shortly after that VZW came out with a
plan where the Onstar phone could be added to your Verizon account for $10 a
month and share minutes like a Family Share line. We went for it and have
no complaints with the service. BUT, ever since then we cannot access our
account online. First they said it would be fixed in February as they had
to integrate their systems with Onstar's systems. Now it is late May and
still no access. All the VZW reps are clueless when it might get fixed.
Does anyone on here have any better source of info as to when this may be
resolved (if ever)?

I should mention that you CAN access your LAST month statement online but
you CANNOT look at current month usage, change an ESN online, or see if you
qualifiy for upgrades online. I know that you can do all of this by calling
VZW or doing some if it from the cell phone but we have 3 lines plus the
Onstar line and it was much easier to do before we added the Onstar line.

Same thing happens if you combine your billing with Verizon landline. No fix
in sight, although they have been promising for a few years.
