Gainward Ti4600 amazing problem

Ok heres the story:
1. Friend buys card
2. Friend overclocks card
3. 1.5 years later, friend finds capacitor on bottom of case and major artifacting.
4. Friend has my brother resolder it on (the correct direction)
5. The card still artifacts (both me+brother thought memory)
6. Further inspection of the card reveals two bad somethings between the ram and the GPU, one was loose, the other missing

In short, i need to know what the things are that have the labels of C871 and C1148 and where to buy replacements.
The card is an Ultra/750XP non golden sample.

The somethings are between the ram (at the top of the card) and the GPU. They lie on the front of the card.
