I'm trying to set up a SEF 7.04, and have the following issues:

1) Internet->SEF->Lotus Domino 6.5 Server in DMZ

I have a setup where I can browse (externally) to the SEF's public IP
on port 82, which is then redirected to the Domino server port 80,
where I can login to the Domino webmail. This works, until I enable
gwpasswd authentication on the SEF. Then I get a two login prompts,
the first one works but the second one does not. Is this a possible
setup?

2) Would it be possible to accomplish the same thing (ie
authentication on the SEF) with https instead of http? I've tried, but
can't get https authentication work at all.

3) The SMTP proxy does stupid things with our smtp traffic.
Specifically, it changes the HELO string to something that it finds by
doing a reverse lookup on its external ip. Can this be prevented in
some way?
