By default Windows explorer icon goes to libraries, how to change?

also i mean the Folder icon right next to start menu on task bar.

Best you can do from my experience is to a) Place a Computer shortcut on your desktop, and b) Pin this shortcut to the Explorer shortcut in the taskbar.

I tried that, it still takes me straight to libraries.

I forgot to add: Once you've pinned Computer to the Explorer shortcut, right-click on it instead of left-clicking. You will then see the shortcut to Computer at the top of the list as a Pinned shortcut.

Yes thats what i've been doing for a while with the right click.

My school has same OS as me but they managed to config it to go to my computer so i'm sure someone out their can tell me!
