Low frame rate with decent setup world of warcraft

I'm only getting 20 frames a second on ultra and 25 on low and it should be more, here's my setup, and this is all brand new.

Graphics Card:ASUS GTX650TI-1GD5 GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
Ram:G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-14900CL10D-16GBXL
Motherboard:ASUS M5A88-M AM3+ AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
SSD:Intel 330 Series Maple Crest SSDSC2CT120A3K5 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

As far as I know I have all the latest drivers.

Anyone have any tips or solutions?

yes but with addons off its not any better its not the addons

problem solved was a game problem not a hardware problem. My old settings from my old cpu were still there so it thought i was running a smaller cpu.
