Assassin Creed 3 fps problem

hello
i have got assassin creed brotherhood & revelations & 3
while playing any of them i lag hard and my fps are about 10-15
notice that changing game quality to high or low doesn't make a difference at all
iam using fraps to see my fps while playing a game
i got 8GB ram (Kingstone) 1GB Nvidia Geforce 210 with latest driver and core i3 3.10 GHz
changing the resolution helping abit .. grants me 10 fps only but why it runs slow on my pc although it reachs max requirments
my screan resolution is 1440-900
all other games are running perfectly
iam using windows 7 home premium 64bit

You nowhere near reach any requirements. A gtx 210 is an extremely weak cards an will barely play any games

my processor is intel core i3 3.10 GHz cache 3MB

maybe but anygame runs perfectly on my pc using this graphics card ..... if so what grahpics card do you recommend for desktop pc
and it seems not my graphic card problem but im trying to make sure of this
as i said iam lagging in all assassin creed versions

IT also depends which i3 it is. If it's a pre sandybridge i3 you will struggle as well
