Need opinions please!

Hi all, im building a comp next week and ive settled for a P4 2.8. I've also decided on 512MB OCZ Dual DDR 4200. What i cant decide on is which mobo to buy. I've been thinking of Abit IC7-Max 3, but i've been reading a lot of bad reviews aboutt he OTES cooling system. So i am thinking more on the lines of the IC7-G, to be honest i dont know much about Abit or which board is their best for OC'ing. People have recommended the IS-7, but it's like half the price, what are the differences between the IC7 and the IS7? Which should i get?

The IS7 has more features than the IC7 and cost less.

Is it as good though, at oc'ing etc i mean? There's so many IS versions, what are the differences, Lan etc?

Buy the 2.6C OC it to 3.2. Mobo IS7.

IS7 is the base model, Lan, 6.1 sound, Firewire, SATA RAID.

IS7-E is the economy model, no firewire or SATA

1S7-G is the deluxe model, it has a second RAID controller.
