safe 9500np voltages

Just wondering what the max safe 9500 core and memory voltages are...

If you're using watercooling on the VPU, then surely 1.7v on the VPU would be fine, and Vdimm, stay under 3.0V even if you have ramsinks.

do you know what the stock gpu voltage is? What do you think about good aircooling...hmmm

BTW safe is it will run 3 years from now at these settings.

V-VPU stock is at 1.5, and the ram i believe is at 2.6, i'm not 100% sure. With a CPU cooler, I suppose you could use 1.7V-VPU. Use large aluminum ramsinks, or copper ramsinks, then keep the Vram at let's say 2.9, try not to go to 3.0, then your VPU may get too hot.

I doubt if your card's going to break within 5 years.

I believe it's on the .15 micron process, so that should make it good for up to around 1.85v. Probably nothing higher than 1.75v will help though. I'm basing this on my .18 and .13 CPU experience.

VR-zone said anything over 1.7 didn't help their 9800pro.
