Jedi Academy problems...

hi everyone, in the last days i installed Star wars Jedi academy, in a window 7 laptop but now i have some problems:

in the creation character screen there is no texture in the clothes, if a i select a different race shows no model and the standar sabers show no hilt and no lightblade, finally starting a new game makes game crash...

if any one can help i really thank you

Is this from steam or a retail disc?

This game was released in 2003. windows 7 would not officially be supported by the game in which case you can expect to have problems running it on modern hardware. If you have a powerful enough machine, you could run the game in a Windows XP/2000 VM.
