Nvidia FX5900LX

Hi, Just got one of these new Fx5900 with the slower memory 2.8 known as LX made by Leadtek.

I have been overclocking to ultra speeds 400/700 to 450/850 and everything seems fine on benchmarks have not tested via gaming yet. My question is around the Temps I m getting.
Stock cooling my Temps for GPU is around 50C normal and jump to 65C under benchmark. the Memory is 40C Normal 55C under benchmark.

Is this safe?? what temp would you say is pushing it a bit?
will this lessen the life of my card?

Is there anyway of finding out what the Ram is without looking at it as the card has a huge twin fan casing which covers the whole card!??
