Easy poll. Which chipset for graphics was your favorite oldie? For Ati, anything before the 9800/9700 series, Nvidia, the 5900/5800 series, and a lot of other manufactuers from older times. If you see any chipsets missing (which I likely forgot a few or more), let me know.
Oh, and I vote for GF 256. I had a GF 256 DDR that I could overclock like crazy. It was just as fast as the GF 2 GTS I have right now. Best card I ever bought.

Well, I mean, the "other" part of the "other section" can be confusing at 2:10 in the morning. That, and I didn't even realize I wasn't in the polls section x.x. I can't even match the utter perversion of Wingdings posts, nor could I keep up with anyone in the other section. Pity me ^_^
Instead of Rdram, why not just merge 4 Sdram channels...
Dude you forgot Intel integrated graphics.
The 810 chipset was assome.
Errrrr...Not
...*cough* 815 rules ...*cough*...

Got to be the ATI Radeon 8500. God I love that card. The only way it's coming out of my PC is when it dies a slow and horrible death. Superceded my GF2 MX440 (back when I knew bugger all about cards) which I hated, but that had something to do with the Via chipset mobo, and they both hated each other.
Might consider a 9500/9600 next. Out one in the bro-in-law's new beast of a machine and I was impressed. Damn fine card.
