FIFA game crash

HI,,
I have problem playing FIFA,
it started with FIFA12, and also now with FIFA13,
the game runs normally,
but once I hit "play match" button, the game crashe and I return to my desktop,

I've tried reinstalling windows but it didn't work,

PLEASE help...

AND ON WHAT OS ARE YOU RUNNING IT ?

TRY LOWERING THE SETTING IN THE fifaconfig.exe !!!! and disable win aero theme !!!

I think that it's installed correctly,
my OS is windows 7 ultimate
