Well, my problem is:
When i try to play some games (specially lol that i sued to play a lot) my pc crashses, cant see an bluescreen or something, just BLACK screen and the sounds continues for about 5 or 10 secs, sometimes just keeps and nothing more, then the pc crashes or I HAVE to reboot it.

Cant see the really problem cus isnt a bluescreen or something telling me whats the real problem, or some dll failing , whatever

Here i uploaded a dumpfile

http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?lr92iyx337jq7n7

sometimes fail

pshed.dll

or sometimes
hal.dll

Have tested

S&M and no problems
even psu was fine (what i thought could be)
ram ok
cpu ok
hd ok

memtest
like 3 times 8 passes
no problems

havent tried prime yet

well, something weird about this

I just downloaded AMD overdrive to can "fix" this problem
when i set turbocore off my pc doenst crash ( a lot) like before
specially when i alt+tab

Sounds like the display driver is dieing, and not able to restart. Based on symptoms, suspected bad GPU.

Download BlueScreenView and post the BSOD STOP code/error message.

error 124 normally points to not enough volts for the cpu or memory... more often than not with this error specifically the memory which ever it is a voltage issue.
you will want to go into bios and load optimized defaults. then set the ram volts manually to the manufacturers recommendations... if the ram is rated at 1.5 to 1.6 then your best off running it at 1.6
also make sure the high precision event timer/HPET/event timer/precision events is enabled in bios and if needs be set it to 32 or 64 depending on your o.s.

I "fixed" this issue, i created a ccc profile and then "delete" low profile state
157 - 300 mhz
and just put the normal state isntead 500-1200 mhz and their respective Volt.

I used notepad to do that
http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/showthread.php?t=117633

Since yesterday my pc havent crashed, even i had tested on 3d mark and furmark with turbo core active (couldnt do that before with turbo core)

I think that the vga crashes when it "jumps" form low profile to full load to quicky

But ill do that with memorys too
mines are 1.5 V

Kinda ankward that my O/S cant manage that by himself

Here is another fix that i used too
