Help...trying to OC a Gigabyte Radeon 9200

I have a Gigabyte GV-R92128VH (ATI Radeon 9200 VIVO) graphics card, and it came with an overclocking utility from Gigabyte called V-Tuner. When I use the utility, it shows me the memeory and clock speed of the card, but it wont let me adjust it for some reason...the buttons are there to increase the frequency, but it's like they arent activated or something. Is anyone familiar with this program, or, can you recommend another program i could use instead to overclock my card?
