I need some advice on oclking a DFI PS83-BL. Does anyone else on earth have this mb?

Current system setup:
MoBo - DFI PS83-BL
CPU - P4 2.0Ghz Northwood
RAM - 1 512mb and 2x 256mb Crucial PC2100 = 1024mb
Vid - GF MX440 4x AGP
HD - Seagate 120Gb SATA

When I up the FSB the system will not boot. I Get "non system disk or disk error". Even changing FSB just 1 point will generate this post error. No other bios settings have been changed. Already flashed to most recent bios. Any idea's would be much appreciated.

I hve the same motherboard with P4 3.2 extreme edition, 4 gigs ddr 400, 4 WD740ADFD's in a RAID 0 and a WD 740GB in an external USB case. FX 5200 AGP graphics card. A case full of fans: CPU, Chipset, memory, one case intake fan, two 120mm exhaust fans and two PCI slot fans. I also cannot overclock the fsb but 1 mhz. Default 200, best of 201 mhz. I have flashed the bios with several of the bios options from DFI both revison A and B and disconnected the floppy drive as you suggested. Still no overclocking. Is this just one of the worst mobo's for overclocking or am I still missing something.
