Greetings fellow geeks. This is my frist post on the forums but I've been a reader of tomshardware guides for some time now.I was hopeing you all could help answer some questions I have about increasing my systems performance.
My question is how much chould I over clock with the default intel heatsink and still be relatively safe from burning up my chip.My system now runs about 40ºC. Also I was thinking about getting a better heatsink. How much more effective would my cooling be with a copper heatsink? and could you recommend one?

And here are my system details and benchmarks
