Hi, I recent got Sony Vegas 7.0 and was trying to put together and edit some videos i recorded with Fraps. Well i imported my files and then removed them from the list. (I was just getting a feel for the program, So i was just trying to figure out hot to take out clips. That is why i removed them from the list if you were wondering). And then went back into were my videos were saved, I noticed that it put them in a AVI.SFK format that nothing can open, not even Sony Vegas 7.0. So i was just wondering what i can do to fix this? or did i just screw up all my videos?
