I am wanting to know if my computer can handle these on med/high settings while recording. I'd like to start at around 60+ fps.

Far Cry 3

Black Ops 2

Assassins Creed 3

DayZ (Arma 2 Mod)

Skyrim with Mods

I think that case is probably holding you back.

Unlikely as you CPU & GPU are quite weak.

Maybe start around 24fps instead, that's only a 2 core CPU, with 2 logical cores per physical core.
- Comparing to gaming at 72 to 128 fps you'll certainly notice the difference, it will affect your reaction time and more.
